Who's going to dinner at the restaurants then? Apparently, no one. Even though it's a Monday and around 9pm, this restaurant usually has a lot more people than this.
My guess is everyone's staying inside and ordering in Chinese Food. I tipped the delivery guy 25% today on account of the cold.
I wonder how badly this is hitting restaurants?
