After everything else closed down, we wandered over to Mixed Greens with the rest of the die hard Open Housers.
Along the way, we helped many many people arriving in beautiful gowns and tuxedo's to find the same address we were looking for. Evidently, someone rented a photo studio for their wedding. Judging by the guests, it was a very NICE wedding.
Mixed Greens is an art gallery, which had pretty good views and more importantly, a nice clean bathroom. Next door though, was an unfinished space which almost everyone gravitated towards.

I used to work in that building on the 15th floor, so it was really cool to see those pictures. The Mixed Greens Gallery is very nice. You know Martha Stewart is the entire 9th (I think?) floor. I smoked a million cigarettes staring out at that view of the train yards and Hell's Kitchen.
I also used to live near the Montauk Club in Park Slope and always wanted to go inside.

That's some nice real estate. It's really amazing to think about how much "man created" space is on this tiny island.
