Argentina: Casa Rosada

casarosa-1.jpg

The Casa Rosada or "Pink House" is the Argentinian equivalent of the White House. Except you're allowed to go to the museum in the basement and even sign up for the free tour of the place. We were given a ticket and told to report back at 4pm. Oops, no pictures inside, but I did get a couple before being shut down. The tour was fun and we definitely got a feel for the place. Lots of red carpets, pictures of presidents, and palatial throne like rooms.

Agustin:

It's Casa Rosada, not Casa Rosa

Oops, you're right. I'm sure I was just tired!
