Update: Read this fascinating walking tour of the Food Festival
The Ninth Avenue Food Festival takes over the neighborhood every year, one weekend in May.
The past two years, we've seen these asado grills. They smell wonderful
Tucked away, this jam session really had a great crowd, including the woman below
For a lot of people, it was just an excuse to have a beer in the middle of the street.

Great pictures, but I have a question: when did anyone ever need to have an excuse to have a beer in the middle of the street? :)
