Blocking direct linking

It seems a number of people have been hot linking my photos to their web sites. What finally made me do something about it was when I saw someone claiming the photo was theirs.

Few if any gave direct credit. So I've blocked the worst offenders (myspace, xanga, etc).

If you've been affected, please realize I take these pictures, and pay for this bandwidth. Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should.

For anyone who would like to use my photos for something interesting, drop me a note. I've given almost everyone who's asked permission.

Have had the same problems myself...frustrating and very irritating. Totally agree with you!
