That's the ugliest building I've ever seen, and I've seen pics of Paris's Pompidou Centre! :-O
P.S. I noticed that building when I was walking through Manhattan a couple of weeks ago, but I couldn't place the exact location. Where is it, and who the @#** is responsible for it?

upper portion reminds me of the IBM bldg in downtown pittsburgh, built in the early 1960's. nobody was certain it would stand when the construction scafolding was removed; its still there.
