Two years ago, I was really surprised to see the long wait for Cold Stone Creamery. It just wasn't that good tasting. Since then, it's become a lot less busy when I see a movie nearby.
Now there's one opening on Ninth Ave near 52nd st. It's a nondescript mid-block storefront. I'm just not sure how it can make enough money to pay the franchise fees.
