Bertucci's Pizza

bertucci%27s.jpg

Bertucci's appears to be a chain of about 90 restaurants around the North East. As we drove through New Jersey, we had a hard time finding anything that wasn't a chain so after we passed the second one of these we stopped in for a meal. The place was packed, but no line to sit down. What impressed me about the place was how efficiently it was run. They had a large staff so things moved quickly. The pizza was ok, better than most of the chains, but still not as good as a Grimaldi's or any of the other NYC giants.
