I was pretty amazed by this woman the other night. She had mostly disrobed on the street corner and was writhing around. I asked her if she had a reason for doing so, and in a nice upper class British accent said "a pretty good one". I'm even more impressed with the people walking by. They all took one look and kept walking.

PS: It's not illegal for women to be topless in New York City.

you are correct, in NY, tops are fine to come off, bottoms are not Apparently, that's not always the case around the US.

There was a British guy who (walked?) his way across the US in the nude. In some places, noboby really cared; in others he was locked up overnight (decency laws) which he said was cool as he got a free place to sleep. In those places, the police would drive him to the town/city limits and he would start his trek again. All throughout his journey, he said he was always treated well. Anybody know more of this?
